XBOX Series S: DBD Resolution Rendering Lower than Usual

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: This happened before when the first UE5 update happened, but it appears that the resolution for DBD is lower than it should be. The game is extremely fuzzy/grainy and does not resolve with FSR sharpness options either.
PLATFORM: Xbox Series S
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Boot UP DBD, turn off/on FSR, compare to previous patched version of DBD screenshots, notice the lower resolution/unresolved jagged edges/fuzzy rendering.
