The graphics quality is blurry and low resolution on Xbox

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The graphics are so blurry on xbox and it makes the game look terrible and also impaires visibilty
PLATFORM: Xbox Series S
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: It occured after the recent patch, the same issue occured after the first UE5 update and it took a month to be fixed in the next patch(Vecna release)
PHOTO: As you can see in the photo the graphics quality and resolution are blurry to the point it feels like the game is running on 480p and it makes the game unplayable on certain maps
