Game-breaking bug causing Survivors to instantly reach Critical Infection with Iri Vial equipped

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
A huge chunk of the survivor's infection meter instantly fills up when The Mastermind has the Iri Vial Add-On equipped (further accentuated by Video Conference Device).
