When will the De-Sync, Rubberbanding, Stuttering & High Ping ACTUALLY be fixed?

I looked through Known Issues and saw that the de-syncing was fixed back in October of 2024. That can't right since I've been having this issue for years and with each update it gets worse. More and more people are being affected with every update as well and this issue goes WAYYY back. It's frustrating to spend thousands on upgrading to a gaming pc and faster internet but to still be told, plus see others constantly told "It's a YOU problem not an US problem." I was okay with it when I started back in 2019 on a less than $200 laptop, less than 300mps internet speed but in Sept 2024 I have an over $2000 gaming pc, 1000mbs internet w/ upgraded router & modem. I've contacted my ISP they couldn't do anything, then support says they tried to reach out to my ISP but still there's somehow NOTHING you can do about it?? Also with accessibility the colorblind settings don't work for everybody who needs them and it'd be nice to be able to play killer but a lot of the colors blend especially the on the DAYLIGHT MAPS(why are they a thing when the game name is DEAD BY DAYLIGHT, aren't survivors supposed to dead by then?) even playing as survivor I have to go behind objects to see red/pink auras, I shouldn't have to risk a ban using software to help see.(you acknowledged this around 7 months ago, but looking through the categories there's stuff that's been "sent to the right people" from YEARS ago that haven't been done/fixed)
