Kill Switch update: The issue affecting Baermar Uraz's Ugly Sweater has been fixed and the cosmetic has been reenabled in all queues with this update.

Can We Please Fix P2W Skins On Both Sides

There's no reason why buying certain skins should give you any sort of noticeable advantage. But now we're just at the point where it's so blatant that It needs immediate fixing.

Spirit's new Tomie Skin needs it's audio equalized with the other skins. Most the phasing sound from the survivor's POV.

The new Artist skin has the same problems. Deploying the birds is mostly silent.

ANY AND ALL survivor footwear either needs to share the same audio file, or produce the same level of decibels as the basic-shoe footwear. There's NO REASON why equipping sandals or bare feet should just magically mute your footstep audio. I see players run those skins with Iron Will 24/7 because they know that the audio is completely broken, and it can make them unchaseable depending on the killer.

Boot audio is also still completely broken, and it nearly silent.

While we can't comment on Tommie, on the killer end the Fucci skin for artist sounds normal and survivors all sound the same to us. Whos boot audio specific is silent? Could also be a perk.

I can promise that it's not caused by perks like Lightfooted, or any other volume altering perks.

It's not crouching or walking volumes either. (Those are muted by sandals and bare feet as well) It's just a pure imbalance/oversight of audio.

As for boots, they've been bugged since Lara Croft's launch. They produce about 1/2 the volume of regular footwear/what they used to.

I never noticed that Sandals or barefoot Survivors were silent. The footsteps are different, but they are not silent.

Some Characters are rather pay2lose, e.g. Ada sounds like she is running around with wooden clogs.

When using Spirit's power, the killer is supposed to hear nothing from the Husk (there was a time when it worked) but at some point it got bugged. With the new patch, you still hear the husk but it is much better. Before, Tomie was better because she was quieter. Now, they somehow managed to mess up the Tomie skin. It's such a sad story with Spirit and sounds in this game.

With the switch to UE5, there are so many sound bugs. Sandals and barefoot are not silent, they sometimes don't make any sounds (it's a bug). There is also the issue on Ormond where sometimes survivors don't make any sounds because there are too many sounds and the game turns some of them off.

When your charge your power with Artist, she makes an "aaaaah" sound but Miss Fuchi doesn't make any sounds. You hear the bird placing but not the charging.

But Artist's sounds are kinda bugged since a long time. When she was released, placing a bird also made an ink sound (kinda like a ink drop falls) and at some point it was suddenly removed without any information, which lets me guess the sound is bugged and does not play. It's not a big deal since this game has bigger issues but I liked the sound.
