missing cosmetics/unable to buy cosmetics

hello i play on xbox and since the latest patch a lot of cosmetics are missing (or seem to be) when in a lobby but are available to use in store. All of them still say that they are owned but won’t show up in a lobby. The other issue is that I cannot buy anything either, all i get is an error saying purchase failed. I haven’t been charged but i can’t make any purchases
