SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Unable to get Unknown’s adept

PLATFORM: PS5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I sacrificed 3 and mori’d 1, didnt get the achievement. This has happened twice now on Haddonfield and Eyrie
