SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: THIS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE SINCE DAY ONE OF PLAYING IN 2019. After years (since 2019) of myself and MANY MANY others repeating ourselves to you about our connection issues(De-Sync, Stuttering, High Ping, Rubberbanding) with Spectrum ISP plus spending thousands upping the internet speeds and equipment because YOU said there's nothing we can do to help and not call on your behalf, posts go back as far as 2020 letting you about it in the forums and then "shut down" when talking to support. SOO this response - "I am sorry to hear that you are having connection issues, outside of our network troubleshooting steps, we don't have any additional steps to help mitigate your connection issues. We also are unable to contact Spectrum on your behalf, however I will forward your case to our team to see if there are issues with players using Spectrum." SHOULD have said "After looking through the forums we do see that this has been an issue for a very long time. We will be contacting Spectrum ISP representing OURSELVES to help greatly improve those who have unfortunately been told there's nothing we can do when we could all along. I also would like to sincerely apologize for the years of frustration and lost games caused due to our years negligence. Moving forward we will do our best and work harder to mitigate these issues. Again we sincerely apologize and will do better for our Community. " How can the team MISS 5 YEARS OF EVIDENCE? With many forum posts having "Spectrum ISP" in their posts and the other issues I'm having have "pending" on them for 3+ years. There's enough evidence and more there ONLY if you choose to NOT neglect it. I can provide my support tickets for further proof of how long/many times just i myself have brought it up to you all. This should have been taken care of SO long ago, there's no excuses to be used anymore that can convince us that you "need more information".

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Have Spectrum ISP & play the game

VIDEO: I DO have a video but it's too big to fit and I would like you to see how the game runs from booting up the game to a full match FULL of evidence since these issues only increased with the update. Is there an email I can send the video to so you can see what a lot of players have been dealing with for YEARS and now affecting more than just Spectrum ISP customers.
