Invalid placements of fake pallets as Freddy

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
You can place fake pallets on wrong location. Currently I found one on Garden of Joy near Shack and second one on Midwitch stairs where basement could spawn

On the game map you can put one at the drop where you land where the pig carcass is.
