Reporting a player out of game keep running into a problem,

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Cannot report cheaters out of game, because at the last step it brokes with "something went wrong"

PLATFORM: BHVR grate bot

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: after giving my email in the last step it is just doesn't work.

It would be grate if somebody tell me how report instead of this, and if you would remove the bot at all from the report process
