"Even the wicked shall cower before the light."

After stunning the Killer, there is a 4-second window where if they are blinded by a flashlight, the blind effect is applied twice as fast, and they hear a deafening ringing noise. This effect goes on cooldown for 30 seconds. Flashlights drain 25% faster when used to trigger this effect.

If the Killer is stunned by any means other than you, the window is reduced to 2 seconds.

(This will probably need to be balanced if multiple survivors are using this perk)

Edit: I misread the post. I thought it applied thirty seconds of a deafening ringing sound lmao.

I mean, it could work.

Instead of a perk, I think this idea would be better implemented if it were split apart as two new add-ons for the flashlight.
