Infinite Scratch Marks

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
While playing as Wesker on Nostromo Wreckage, after sacrificing a BOT from a disconnected player, an infinite amount of scratch marks kept appearing around the hook that I sacrificed the BOT on.
As you can see in the video, the remaining two Survivors are nowhere near the scratch marks.
These scratch marks remained until the end of the trial.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
After the Entity took the BOT, I noticed constant scratch marks in the sacrifice hook location.
