Freddy Phases through Survivors when holding button to activate pallet spawn.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Freddy can phase through a survivor, similar to Sadako when creating a pallet, making tunneling INCREDIBLY easy. if needed, I have additional clips of this.
PLATFORM: I am on PS5, but this was on PC as well during PTB.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: it is very repeatable. All you do is hold the prompt to create a dream pallet, and then you can do it.
