Freddy dream pallets bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:I've seen this about 2 times now where there is a dream pallet stuck on a stairway. Once on midwich and the other on the game. I have no idea what causes besides just replacing pallets near stairs.
PLATFORM:xbox but I had crossplay active
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I just saw pallet in the stairs I couldn't do anything too it, but the pallet it was sappose to replace was gone.
