White Ward bugged

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I used white Ward and died with an item and lost that item after the match. No Franklins or anything that made me lose an item. Died with it in my possession. Last purple flashlight was gone after the match.
PLATFORM: PS5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Step 1: Equip White Ward. Step 2: Die with item in possession. Step 3: Look at load out and say to yourself, "that sucks that I lost my last purple flashlight on Trevor" Step 4: Report bug on forums.
