Cant play with Friends

Every time i play dbd i can only play 1 round until i get a grade progress error and cant invite friends anymore. I can still play solo q, but i cant invite friends anymore or join them. It is really annoying because i really dont like playing alone.
I tried Epic Games and Steam, and on both platforms i had this problem.
I just have to Start the game, play 1 or 2 rounds and then the error happens.
