SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Hand-Eye Coordination achievement did not unlock after using the eye more than once in a match.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Find the Eye of Vecna
- Use the Eye of Vecna
- Escape the trial
