CANNOT CHANGE SURVIVOR

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Just reinstalled the game after not playing for a while. When I go into the survivor lobby and try and change my character, it won't open that tab. Blood web and loadout both load normally, but I'm unable to change survivor, and am stuck on the same survivor I used last time I played the game a few months ago.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: 1. Reinstalled the game. 2. Opened play as survivor. 3. Tried to change survivor and couldn't.
