New Feature: Temperature Check

Players can encounter the new Temperature Check feature through two scenarios.
Scenario 1: The player has successfully completed 5 matches in the past 120 minutes.
Scenario 2: The player has an active disconnect penalty greater than 5 minutes.

Justification
- Scenario 1: I have a deep feeling the community wants to be heard. We should give them an opportunity.
- Scenario 2: Collecting feedback from players who are upset at the game, at the time they are upset, will allow you to identify trends to improve the player experience. Yes, people will be mean—but I would rather have players be mean to a chat box than to the next lobby of human players they go against. Giving players a direct opportunity to air whatever grievances they have should restore a sense of humanity as a result.

- Players who complete the Temperature Check (only required action: select a star rating) receive 666 BP.
