SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: This issue happens often and I found out it has something to do with the perk rapid brutality. Rapid Brutality will fully cancel out the HASTE from machine learning which is very frustrating to deal with. This bug has a VERY HIGH chance of happening so a fix would be amazing.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Hitting a survivor as killer with rapid brutality equipped while machine learning is active.
