SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Dredge is unable teleport. It gives the Teleport points, but keeps you in place

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

I just played Dredge. No specific outfit, no specific map.
