Who wants Waldo?

All right just a thought. Since behavior likes getting licensed IP, why not Waldo?
His outfits would be variations of his cap, glasses, and red and white striped top.
New Survivor: Waldo
"He’s always been hard to find—but now, staying hidden is the only way to survive."
Biography:
For years, Waldo wandered the world, slipping in and out of crowds, never staying in one place too long. From bustling markets to dense forests, he had mastered the art of blending in, always just another face in the sea of people. His adventures had taken him to places most could only dream of, but nothing could have prepared him for what came next.
On what should have been an ordinary day, Waldo found himself in the heart of a sprawling city, the air thick with smog. He barely noticed—pollution was just part of urban life. But as he wandered deeper into the haze, something felt… off. The sounds of the city dulled. The streets grew eerily silent. The familiar skyscrapers melted into jagged, unnatural shapes. He turned to retrace his steps, but the path behind him was gone.
The smog was no smog at all. It was the Fog. And as Waldo took one final step forward, the city he knew vanished, replaced by a twisted world where staying hidden wasn’t just a skill—it was the only way to survive.
Now, trapped in the Entity’s realm, Waldo’s greatest challenge isn’t just finding a way out. It’s making sure the Killer never finds him first.
Lost in the Crowd (Stealth/Chase Perk)
"You’ve spent your life blending in. Now, it keeps you alive."
When within 6 meters of at least one other Survivor, you leave no scratch marks for 4/5/6 seconds.
Your footstep volume is reduced by 25%.
Cooldown: 40 seconds.
Misplaced Steps (Chase Perk)
"No one ever remembers which way you went."
After vaulting, the Killer’s aura-reading abilities (including perks like Barbecue & Chili, Nurse’s Calling, etc.) are disabled for 3/4/5 seconds.
While vaulting, you gain the Haste status effect for 2/3/4 seconds, increasing your movement speed by 3%.
Where Did He Go? (Distraction/Stealth Perk)
"A moment of confusion is all you need."
Activate the perk when you’re not in the Killer’s line of sight.
To activate, you must succeed at a difficult skill check.
The skill check will appear after you’ve been hidden for 1/1.5/2 seconds and is required to begin the effect of the perk.
Once activated, for 3/4/5 seconds, false scratch marks will appear in all directions around your location, spaced in increments of 8/16/32 meters.
During this period, two more difficult skill checks will appear, one after 1.5/2/2.5 seconds, and another after 2.5/3/3.5 seconds.
Successful skill checks will extend the duration of the effect by 1/1.5/2 seconds.
Failed skill checks will end the perk prematurely
Cooldown: 60/50/40 seconds.
