Survivor on 2v8 map, clipping through attacks and ground

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Survivor on 2v8 map, Started clipping through attacks and ground after I was being healed and tried vaulting at the same time.
Same type of glitch as this one:

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Unsure exactly how it happened, but I assume the following:
- start getting healed
- try to vault at the same time
- character and surrounding starts lagging and you can't be attacked, damaged, heal, or anything but repair generators. Also, you starts glitcjhing through the ground and are stuck in a falling animation sometimes.
