2v8 Window grab breaking both killer and survivor involved

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Was playing 2v8 killer with a friend, I was playing Wraith. Went for a window grab on a survivor, but instead of sending survivor to the cage, it locked both of us in a state. I could damage ppl, but couldn't cloak, damage gens or pallets, and couldn't pick up. Even broke the endgame collapse. Survivor bled out but wouldn't end match til we dropped from an elevated platform.
PLATFORM: Ps5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Injured survivor doing medium vault away from killer, killer grabs the survivor from behind, and then it bugs.
