Bloodweb bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The bug only happens in Dwight's bloodweb, other survivors doesn't have the same problem. When i try to level him up the bloodweb animation freezes, an error occures and i am sent back to the main menu. Rebooting the game, my PC or internet doesn't help. I didn't level up Dwight in a while, so i don't know if this bug just started happening or if it's tied to the recent update. I tried reuninstalling the game and verifying game files but no avail. Please, help
