Wesker sometimes instantly cancels dash

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Occasionally, when you dash with Wesker, it just instantly cancels. There is no animation of putting the tentacle down, no window for the next dash, nothing. He just stops. I haven't yet seen this happen in regular matches, only 2v8
