Ada Wong's Lunar Qipao Skin clipping issues.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The black ribbon that is around Ada Wong's neck in her "Lunar Qipao" skin seems to be having physics issue where it's stuck to the skin and doesn't move around freely and when it does it doesn't go back to it's original place, it sticks to the body instead, it also doesn't move around much when falling from great heights in the game.
Ada Wong mains would appreciate it if you could look into this cosmetic issue and fix it!

The loop in the tail chute also hangs forward through the neck.
