MISSING MOTION BLUR EFFECT IN MENUS/LOBBY AFTER RECENT PATCH

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The motion blur effect that was added back in November in the lobby is no longer present.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: When in lobby, rotating the character fast no longer feels as smooth as when the motion blur effect was enabled.
