Leon "DSO Agent" Cosmetic bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The "DSO Agent" cosmetic for Leon uses the same voice as the "Carlos Oliveira" legendary and his name changes from "Leon S. Kennedy" to "DSO Agent" in anonymous mode, even though he isn't a legendary character.

PLATFORM: Nintendo Switch

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: use Leon in his "DSO Agent" cosmetic and load into a game.

VIDEO: I can't record on my switch, but the bug is very easily reproducible

    also, if that can help. The issue started after the feb 13's patch! The two first days after the skin's release (feb10-12) the skin had Leon's voice and Leon's name!
