SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Died on Second Hook in 2v8

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: When i was hooked i instantly gained 2 hook states even though i had only been hooked once, killing me instantly.

You were the last survivor on the map, this is why you died on the hook instantly.

    You were the last Victim of the match, it's pretty obvious why you died instantly.
