Legion Mask Visual Bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The "Red Quartet (Julie)" Legion mask cosmetic in the "Burglar Gear (Julie)" set has a visual bug where upon loading in the eyes will briefly be correctly red, but will immediately turn more of a light pink color. This wasn't always the case as when I purchased the cosmetic, they didn't do this. The icon and the description both show and say the eyes being red. This is disappointing because the knife I purchased used to match the eyes but they no longer do, and even the reskin with the correctly colored eyes has a toothy smile and mask color that doesn't fit my cosmetic combination. Please fix this visual bug!

    During the PTB I noticed there was an attempt to fix this, however it's still bugged, just not as badly as it was before. It still has it's proper color for a half second when loading in but changes to this slightly lighter one in the PTB after fully loading.
