SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Whenever you try to vault a pallet after getting blinded you can't break pallets, you'll stay in frenzy forever, you can't down survivors, or vault pallets.

PLATFORM: DBD Steam PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Pallet was thrown, got blinded, as soon as I was fully blinded I activated my frenzy and spam space to vault.
