Exhaustion Addons

These really need a separate category where you can recover exhaustion when running with them or their timers are severely reduced (maximum being 20 seconds on some of the very rare ones). The devs mentioned about doing something with them before but never did, which sucks because the COMMON one that only has a 30 second wait is overly strong due to the fact that running negates the recovery on exhaust. The problem isn’t what the addons actually do, the problem isn’t that they weren’t changed with the exhaustion nerf to compensate for the fact that running no longer regains exhaustion.
In summery, one of three ideas could be done;
1) The addons will allow you to recover exhaustion while running (only the addons, not any of the perks that apply exhaustion). The recover time would NOT be doubled while running either.
2) The addon timers would be significantly decreased (the common huntress addon would go down to 10 seconds and the rare one would go down to 30 seconds).
3) Buff the perk Vigil so that exhaustion can be recovered while running (includes perks as well as addons with the boosted decrease time that Vigil grants).

    Or just increase their rarity tbh. And if you not -> the reduced timer might be okay

    Yeah its rly bad, if killers can delete a complete perk.
    Can we talk about hex perks?

    Killer needs every time 1 addons for it.
    Survivors need 14 seconds for it.

    Your post is very confusing, so are you saying the Killer add-ons that cause Exhaustion wear-off while running? For Survivors, that's a good thing but it defeats the purpose, it needs to only wear-off while walking like normal Exhaustion is now.

    If that's not what you're talking about then maybe you should edit your post some more because I think you accidentally put ''isn't'' in places of ''is''.

    Seems fine to me, we only really need the one activation to escape. If you waited so long to use it that the killer was able to have stopped it, that's just poor judgment.

    No, one of the ideas that I’m preposing would allow exhaustion to be regained by running IF it’s caused by a killer addon.

    In what situation would be able to get a use out of Lithe, Balanced Landing, or Dead Hard (especially DH) before getting hit by a clown bottle? Very unlikely unless you JUST entered a chase on a high level or near a window. Sure the chances of getting hit by a huntress hatchet before using Lithe or BL is less likely than a clown’s mist (due to it being more precise), but it still applies the effect too easily and for too long. Whenever I play either of these killers I never use exhaustion addons because I know how unfun they are and just how they are way too easily applied.

    The huge tr alone should provide enough time to move away in most cases. If its a clear line of sight for their power then you should be aware what's coming your way. Escape isn't always possible and that's not a problem. Its all about judgment and acting on the information available.

    Don't see anything wrong with it. Killers having a counter to exhaustion perks is not a bad thing. Exhaustion perks are really effective tools, so it's good they have counters somehow. In all honesty, I think there should be more counters (like perks instead of just addons).

    The point of exaustion add ons are to limit survivors choices in a chase. You want to loop the killer at that pallet or do you want to loop him/her at the killer shack? Or go up this mountain and make it to the T walls? *Clown throws bottle with exaustion add on* welp guess im gonna loop him at the pallet instead.

    Dont pick an exhaustion perk and the killer just wasted an addon.

    And they'd still do that, none of the ideas I proposed would change that, they'd just make it so that a brown addon isn't as powerful as a green one or make the addons more manageable (depending on the idea that I proposed).
