2v8 needs more Regression

I know we're trying to do everything to make Survivor more fun but it feels awful waiting in a 20 minute queue just for gens to all be done in 5 minutes because Killers don't have any regression other than basic kicking. What's worse is the only killer that has any kind of real slowdown is Legion and people are already whining about it so they'll probably be nerfed next go around. Please give maybe a tuned down Pain Res that does 10% instead of 20% for the first hook stage on every Survivor or something because gens just go way too fast.
