A problem that wasn't addressed
If you really wanna fix this game and commit to "operation health" then one thing you need to address and look into is the use of VPN'ing.
VPN'ing has been a consistent complaint for years and yet you refuse to acknowledge it for what it is; cheating.
I just loaded into a game against a Pyramid Head with 286 ping. 286! In what world do you think that's acceptable?
I am willing to bet that the use of VPN is fueling half of the "go next" epidemic because who wants to waste their time going against killers with 200+ ping when they can just go next?

How would they know a VPN is being used in the first place?

They wouldn't, but simply locking lobbies so they can't go above 100 ping would fix it

100 is a little excessive, sometimes I like to play with friends from the EU and that means either I have to go to EU servers or they have to come to US servers either way someone is getting over 100 ping. 150 ping limit would be fine though

Finally someone said it! Why should the entire lobby be punished because someone doesn't want to play on their designated server. A feature that automatically boots anyone with ~120ms and sends them to the Home Screen with a notification saying something like "Unstable Internet - Reset and Try Again" would be nice.

It's not even VPNing half the time, it's their own crappy servers.
I consistently have 120-150ms ping when I play with friends. My guess is because they're the ones hosting, I'm being routed to the server in Oregon - the literal other side of the US from me.

There is an issue.
You would completely disable the entire playerbase in Africa with this.
They have 0 servers there.
