Chucky's Hidey Ho mode has no transition time

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When Chucky enters hidey ho mode, he transitions into this state instantly, there is no animation and you can instantly start charging slice and dice.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
1. Enter hidey ho mode
2. Notice there is no transition animation
3. Notice you can immediately start charging slice and dice.
