INITIALISATION ERROR & BLOODWEB ERROR CAUSING GAME TO CRASH

Frequently getting an Initialisation Error when logging onto DBD. States “game has initialised incorrectly and may not save your game properly”.
Have restarted both my modem and console which never fixes the problem. Often takes 30mins-1hr of restarting the game before I can actually login.
also when logged in and spending BP, I get a BloodWeb Error which causes my game to crash, and sends me back into the cycle with the above issue.

this has been happening to me for 2 months consistently and in turn makes it nearly impossible to ever play the game I really love. Quite a disappointing experience with no idea on how to resolve it.
