SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Some of Billy outfits are missing parts of his torso.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Equip the "Cookout clothes" Torso and "Chainsawed Beach Shorts" for the best visual of the bug.
Known Cosmetics:
"Ranger Uniform"
"Cookout clothes"- Torso "Flight Suit" - Pants
"Cookout clothes" - Torso "Chainsawed Beach Pants"- Pants
