It takes nemesis 15 Mutation Points to reach tier 3 while its supposed to take only 14

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Total points required to reach tier 3 is 14 but its actually 15

PLATFORM: Xbox

    They never lowered the mutation count to get to t3.

    The last change for just moved the level t2 power trigger at 1 less point.

    T3 power has been 15 points always.

    Only thing they changed in last buff was moved the T2 condition to trigger earlier.

    If that was intentional idk.
