SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: 2v8 survey in inbox has red exclamation mark even though i've already read the message

PLATFORM: all

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. Read 2v8 survey message in inbox
  2. Red mark will disappear
  3. Enter and leave a lobby
  4. Red mark will reappear
  5. Same happens with multiple store skins
