Wraith seems to have no more collision while uncloaking

When you as Wraith stand in front of a window or a dropped pallet with a part or your full body and start to uncloak, the survivors seem to can go through you without collision.
I noticed it today in 2v8 more than one time, another player told me the same and I witnessed it in a stream as well.
