SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I downloaded the Silent Hill DLC Chapter for DBD & I did not get the charm.

PLATFORM: Xbox Series X

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Buy and download Silent Hill DLC Chapter. Did not receive Seal of Metatron charm.
