Bugged Challenge "Thorough Cleansing"

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I have completed the challenge twice, cleansed all totems and escaped, yet it looks to still be incomplete.
PLATFORM: Steam PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
I have tried and completed twice the challenge Thorough Cleansing on Tome 3 Escalation, which requires you to escape while 0 Totems remain standing. Even though every time I have equipped this challenge and ended the trial with an escape, it has been highlighted in yellow to indicate it was completed, and even when I actually counted 5 cleansed totems before escaping, every time I go to collect the rewards, the challenge looks to be incomplete still.
