BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF BUG: Nemesis, Game Afoot, no haste with power

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When destroying a pallet with the Tentacle Strike while in chase with the obsession(using the perk:"Game Afoot"), there is no haste effect.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Everything works with the perk and Nemesis´ power, exept with pallets(no haste).
