I didn't play for a long time, bought a lot of perks in the early shrine of secrets.

I know I bought Bond but never touched Dwight. Yet his page says it's not unlocked.

Is there a reliable way to see which perks I actually have unlocked now, since they revamped the entire system?

    Have you checked all.of your other survivors to see if they have it available or levelled up a character enough to see if Bond has appeared in their bloodwebs despite it saying it's not unlocked? Could be worth checking.

    I don't have any other input though I'm afraid
