Oppression skill check is bugged

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:When the killer activates oppression while i'm on a gen, i get the notification that the perk was activated but I do not receive the difficult skill check.

PLATFORM:PS5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:Play against a killer who runs oppression. Actively repair a gen while the killer kicks another. Skill check does not appear.
