Concerns about DBD Server Disconnection Assessment of Penalties and Crashes

Hey Troubleshooting Crew,
So, I've noticed lately that the special DBD server has been giving me the boot and has increased with a five-minute timeout like it's nobody's business since its started doing this a few months ago. And let's not forget about the server freezes then crashes - they've been happening more often than ever now and it has increased and suddenly escalated my time penalty from seconds to minutes! Would you mind checking this out for me, please? I'm dying to know if it's all part of the game's quirky personality or if there's a technical gremlin messing with the works and please zero my penalty minutes as I have a new gaming PC and these disconnections and server freezes is no fault of my own. I recently upgraded to a new R16 Aurora Alienware this year and it runs my games exceptionally well - so, I'm confident the issues are not my computer and connection.
I just want to point out that these penalties are typically aimed at players who deliberately disconnect. I'm not one of those people; I actually play the game to enjoy it and not to annoy others by dropping out.
And since I've been dealing with a bit of a problem with the dedicated DBD server lately. It's been giving me time penalties which I already racked up to a five-minute disconnect penalty and crashing more often than I'd like. I tried to dig into the logs to see what's up, but the ones I found are in some kind of binary code, all tucked away in the "Binaries" section of the DBD directory. That place has all sorts of important stuff like executable files and core game bits, so I'm pretty nervous about poking around too much, you know? I don't want to mess up my game installation.
Could you lend me a hand and tell me the best way to grab that log info without risking the game? Is there a tool or a safe process to read through those binary logs without breaking anything? Your help would be super appreciated! Thanks in advance!
Your assistance would mean the world to me!
Best,
