Gift of Pain did not apply its repair/healing penalty.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Gift of Pain did not apply its repair/healing penalty.

PLATFORM: PC - Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. Was unhooked by team mate and correctly affected by the Mangled and Hemorrhage status effects caused by Scourge hook: Gift of Pain.
  2. After i was healed by 2 team mates i did not receive a penalty to my repair and healing speed. The debuff icon from Gift of Pain did not appear on my UI either.
  3. Not sure if it matters but the killer was Wesker/Mastermind and had Scourge Hook: Jagged Compass and no other perks/addons to cause the 2 status effects (Mangled and Hemorrhage) .
  4. After the heal i cleansed the infection from the killer's power.
  5. Afterwards i started repairing a generator using the perk Déjà Vu (6% bonus). The repair progress bar was yellow indicating a bonus despite the 16% penalty i was supposed to have from Gift of Pain.
