Ghostface has no camera in his mori

When viewing Ghostface's mori (in public/custom matches, as the victim, as ghostface, and as spectator) His camera does not show up and his hand is empty. the rest of the animation plays as normal.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: When ghostfaces animation runs his camera is consistently nonexistant no matter the circumstances
