Nurses blink being blocked

I have run into blinking issues in the pale rose level on ps4 several times with the nurse. When trying to blink around the large boat that honks its horn when generator finishes seems to block the nurses blink now after the new 2.5 patch. I was even blocked when trying to teleport through the bushes around the boat. This is long and short blinks that get blocked. She just remains in one spot during blink. Anyone else experience this?
